📋 Description

• As an Operations Associate at Trust Wallet, you will play a critical role in enabling the smooth functioning of a fast-paced, globally distributed team building the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. Your work will directly support senior leadership and cross-functional teams by ensuring operational rhythm, accountability, and project momentum in a remote-first environment where initiative and reliability are paramount.
• You will own and drive the operational cadence of the organisation by managing internal meeting rhythms, tracking action items, enforcing reporting schedules, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This includes coordinating cross-functional dependencies, following up on deliverables, gathering information for external requirements, and escalating issues when necessary to keep projects on track.
• You will manage external platform and partner relationships, handling administrative tasks, communication, and escalations with key external stakeholders. Additionally, you will administer access and maintenance of critical platform accounts, ensuring security and continuity of essential tools and services used across the organisation.
• You will plan and manage logistics for company events, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and post-event follow-up, contributing to team cohesion and organisational culture in a fully remote setting.
• You will provide operational administration support as needed, taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently and reliably, allowing leaders and specialists to focus on higher-impact work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar execution-oriented role, with emphasis on working style and pace over industry background.
• Experience in or exposure to the crypto/Web3 industry, demonstrating familiarity with the unique dynamics of decentralised technologies and fast-moving blockchain organisations.
• Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of follow-through, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and ensure accountability without constant supervision.
• Comfort working asynchronously across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment, with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets, and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
• Self-directed and reliable work ethic: ability to take briefs from leadership and execute independently, respond promptly, meet deadlines, and proactively flag risks before they become issues.
