📋 Description

• • As an Operations Associate at Clipboard Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder by improving access to work opportunities through its app-based marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with facilities.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on team needs and may include redesigning payment processes to improve cash conversion, researching and onboarding new vendors (such as AI-powered customer service tools), building internal predictive analytics models to identify high-risk payers, leading quality improvement initiatives for key clients, managing teams within operations, or directly engaging in frontline workflows to resolve customer issues and uncover process improvements.
• • You will join a fast-growing, profitable Series C company with a global, remote team of over 1,000 employees, recognized as a YC Top Company, operating in the Long Term Care and expanding into Dental, Home Health, and other verticals while building full-time product offerings.
