- • As an Operations Associate at Agog: The Immersive Media Institute, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of our innovative organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the core operational processes that enable our mission of empowering creators and nonprofit leaders to leverage Extended Reality (XR) technologies for social impact. You will be a key player in maintaining robust organizational systems, meticulously coordinating logistics, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance internal workflows and efficiencies.
- • Your responsibilities will span across critical operational domains, including finance, vendor management, infrastructure oversight, and general team operations. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- • You will work closely with the Operations Manager, providing essential support and contributing to the overall operational strategy. This collaborative approach ensures that all operational tasks are executed with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail, directly impacting the organization's ability to achieve its ambitious goals.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting financial operations. This includes assisting with invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will be responsible for coordinating with external vendors, managing contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
