  • • As a Solutions Engineer specializing in AI Consulting for the Brazilian market, you will be at the forefront of enabling enterprise organizations to harness the power of advanced technologies. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI platforms and the specific business needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration, successful deployment, and tangible return on investment (ROI).
  • • You will be instrumental in leading and supporting the technical implementation of AI solutions for new customers. This involves a deep dive into their unique requirements, translating complex business objectives into actionable technical configurations for the platform.
  • • A core aspect of your responsibility will be the meticulous configuration of platform environments. This includes setting up, customizing, and deploying systems precisely according to each customer's specifications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with their strategic goals.
  • • You will actively diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues that arise during the implementation and onboarding phases. This requires a proactive and analytical approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions swiftly.
