• • As an Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the Brokerage Operations function at Atomic Invest. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of pre and post-trade processing for all security products facilitated by our partner clients. You will be a key player in identifying operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing process enhancements, and collaborating across departments to support future business objectives. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to scale efficiently and maintain the high standards our partners expect.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass the meticulous pre and post-trade processing for all security products traded by Atomic partner clients. This involves accurately establishing and maintaining positions within Atomic’s internal systems and with our custodian partners, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy at every step.
• • You will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from our partners, diligently responding to their needs and efficiently remediating any trade exceptions that may arise. Your ability to provide timely and effective solutions will be crucial in maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring uninterrupted trading operations.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves providing essential support, rigorous testing, and subject matter expertise for all new business initiatives and evolving regulatory changes that impact trade processing. You will be at the forefront of adapting our operations to meet new demands and ensure compliance.
• • A strong focus on customer service is paramount. You will act as a trusted internal partner, supporting various teams across the organization, including Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance. Your collaborative approach will ensure that operational considerations are integrated into all new projects and initiatives.
• • You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Atomic’s proprietary APIs, databases, and intricate trade processing flows, gaining valuable insights into the operational mechanics of both an RIA and a broker-dealer.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of both client requirements and internal operational needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that any proposed changes or new business initiatives are operationally sound, scalable, and sustainable in the long term.
• • Proactively identify inefficiencies within existing processes and contribute to mapping out and implementing necessary enhancements. Your insights will be critical in streamlining operations and preparing the company for future growth and expansion.
• • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and operational workflows, ensuring a seamless integration of new features and services.
• • Participate in the development and refinement of operational policies and procedures, contributing to the creation of a robust and scalable operational framework.
• • Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Brokerage Operations team.
• • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new team members and internal stakeholders on operational processes and systems.
• • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in brokerage operations to ensure Atomic Invest remains competitive and innovative.
