- • As the Operations Associate at Veloq, you will serve as the operational core of the company, ensuring seamless executive support, business operations, and internal systems that enable a fast-scaling startup to thrive. You will work directly with the CEO, own end-to-end processes, and proactively identify and resolve operational gaps before they impact the business.
- • Day to day, you will manage travel coordination and meeting logistics for leadership, prepare meeting briefs and follow-up actions, handle contracts and invoicing, coordinate vendor relationships, oversee internal administrative infrastructure, manage event logistics for trade fairs, build and maintain internal tools and SOPs, and support new hire onboarding and team culture initiatives.
- • Veloq is a standalone technology company born from Rohlik Group’s proprietary grocery fulfillment platform, powering same-day e-grocery operations across five European markets. With proven success serving 850,000+ customers, Veloq is scaling globally and offers a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-impact team shaping the future of grocery technology from the ground up.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to executive-level operations, build end-to-end ownership of business processes, develop expertise in scaling startup infrastructure, and have direct access to the CEO and equity in a high-growth company — positioning you for rapid professional growth and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in an operations, EA, or people operations role in a startup or high-growth environment
- • Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail and able to prioritise ruthlessly
- • Natural problem-solver: you fix things before being asked
- • Comfortable managing up and across in a senior stakeholder environment
- • Proficient in project management tools and eager to leverage AI to improve team productivity
- • Fluent English; based in Prague
