• • As an Operations Associate (Legal & Compliance), you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our business. Your responsibilities will span across critical areas, requiring a proactive and analytical approach. You will be the primary point person responsible for maintaining the "Good Standing" of all our corporate entities across the United States and Canada, meticulously handling all necessary reports and responding to state requests with precision and autonomy. This ownership ensures our legal foundation remains robust and compliant.
• • Protecting our brand is paramount. You will actively monitor our intellectual property landscape, diligently hunting down any infringements. A key part of this responsibility will involve drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows to safeguard our brand integrity and proprietary assets. Your vigilance will be crucial in maintaining our market position and reputation.
• • You will serve as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations. This involves conducting thorough investigations to identify the root cause of issues, developing strategic solutions, and spearheading compliance training initiatives. • • A significant aspect of this role involves driving product and process improvements. You will meticulously review our products and operational processes through a compliance lens. You will proactively monitor key risk areas within our operations, ensuring our practices not only meet baseline regulatory standards but also set an industry benchmark for excellence.
