• • The Operations Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of day-to-day business operations, ensuring workflows, communication, and processes run efficiently as the company scales.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating supplier and partner meetings, maintaining HubSpot CRM data, overseeing supplier onboarding, supporting order processing from placement to fulfillment, tracking internal action items, and organizing documentation and shared files.
