đź“‹ Description
- • Source, download, and prepare official legal, tax, administrative, and business forms from multiple countries to ensure accurate and up-to-date content for the product.
- • Format source PDFs into clean, fully fillable documents using Adobe Acrobat, ensuring proper field types (text, checkbox, dropdown, calculation), alignment, tab order, validation rules, and consistent styling.
- • Test and audit existing PDF forms for rendering accuracy across desktop and mobile devices, ensuring seamless functionality within the product’s document editor.
- • Continuously improve the quality, fillability, and consistency of the document library by identifying and fixing formatting errors, missing fields, and usability issues.
- • Build and maintain modular content blocks, clauses, and conditional logic within the Payload CMS to power dynamic agreement generation flows based on user inputs.
- • Translate product and legal requirements into structured content models — defining fields, collections, relationships, and conditional rules that govern document behavior and output.
- • Manage version control, metadata tagging, and taxonomy organization across the entire template library to ensure scalability, discoverability, and accurate retrieval.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal Content teams to align document structure with product features and legal compliance standards.
- • Coordinate with Engineering to update content models, integrations, or APIs when structural changes to the CMS or document logic are required.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-documented template library with clear categorization, naming conventions, and metadata for internal and user-facing use.
- • Prioritize new template development based on market demand, product roadmap, and legal compliance needs across target jurisdictions.
- • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate PDF formatting, content extraction, metadata tagging, and CMS content population tasks.
- • Ensure all templates comply with jurisdictional requirements and are adapted appropriately for regional legal variations.
- • Document processes, workflows, and content standards to enable team scalability and knowledge transfer.
- • Stay updated on legal form changes across key markets and proactively update templates to reflect regulatory updates.
- • Optimize content delivery performance by reducing file sizes, removing unnecessary elements, and standardizing structure across templates.
- • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure content priorities align with engineering and product timelines.
- • Provide feedback to Product and Design teams on user experience issues related to form filling, field clarity, and conditional logic flow.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in content operations, technical content management, product operations, or a similar hands-on role.
- • Strong, hands-on experience with Payload CMS or similar platforms, including content modeling, collections, fields, relationships, conditional logic, and versioning.
- • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Acrobat for creating and formatting fillable PDF forms, including field types, tab order, validations, calculations, and alignment.
- • Strong logical thinking skills to decompose complex documents into modular, conditional content structures.
- • Excellent organizational and documentation skills for managing large, multi-jurisdictional template libraries.
- • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed — able to drive projects forward independently without constant oversight.
