• • The Operations Director at T5 Data Centers, LP leads and oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of data center facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of customized solutions for enterprise and hyperscale customers. This role is critical to maintaining T5’s reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation in data center lifecycle management—from turnkey development and facilities management to global construction and operations.
• • Day to day, the Operations Director will manage cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and professional staff; optimize operational workflows; ensure compliance with safety and industry standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives; and collaborate with leadership to align operational performance with business goals. They will also oversee vendor relationships, budget management, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence across global facilities.
