📋 Description
- • Manage commercial aspects of robotics projects from initial order through final delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end workflow execution.
- • Support procurement of industrial components and maintain strong, reliable relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and materials to prevent stockouts and overstocking across warehouse and production areas.
- • Handle general administrative tasks including preparatory accounting, master data management, and documentation to ensure daily operational continuity.
- • Coordinate internal commercial workflows to align with engineering and production teams, acting as the operational backbone for commercial activities.
- • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and commercial documentation for all active projects.
- • Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to reconcile material costs, track budget adherence, and update commercial records in real time.
- • Identify inefficiencies in current operational processes and propose practical improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and delivery terms to support compliance and cost optimization.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding material availability, order status, and commercial logistics.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where operational precision directly impacts product delivery.
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by stepping into administrative, logistical, or commercial tasks as needed, regardless of scope or complexity.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems by documenting procedures and training team members on updated workflows.
- • Ensure all commercial operations comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements applicable to industrial automation equipment.
- • Maintain clear, organized, and accessible records for audits, reporting, and internal reviews.
- • Proactively anticipate operational bottlenecks and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering to resolve issues before they impact timelines.
- • Participate in regular operational reviews to assess performance metrics, inventory turnover, and procurement efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration
- • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role
- • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- • Business-level fluency in German and English
- • Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle tasks of any size or complexity
- • Motivation and willingness to learn, even without prior robotics industry experience
