📋 Description

  • Support the operational execution of BlaBlaCar Daily’s B2B and B2G business units by managing approximately 100 non-contractual client emails per month.
  • Ensure consistent service levels across B2B and B2G segments by aligning communication, processes, and client support protocols.
  • Interpret operational reports for clients and translate insights into actionable guidance to enhance their carpooling experience.
  • Maintain and update the Salesforce database, including client records, territory assignments, and access permissions.
  • Redirect clients to appropriate local authority territory pages based on geographic and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate potential business opportunities from client interactions to the B2B Sales team.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including distribution of communication kits and operational documentation.
  • Handle license access management: deactivate expired licenses and send termination notifications to clients.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, including preparation of materials and participation in COPIL meetings.
  • Contribute to the Dail’IA AI tool development by suggesting improvements and maintaining the knowledge base with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Conduct audits and cleanups of Drive folders and Salesforce records to ensure communication kits and contact details are current and accurate.
  • Regularly update and maintain the operational “Boîte à outils” (toolkit) to ensure team-wide access to standardized resources.
  • Work under the supervision of Marie Vanhille (Operations Manager) and Thibault Gesland (Director of Synergie) within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Operate in a hybrid model with presence required in Paris, supporting daily operations and team alignment.
  • Engage in long-term projects focused on process harmonization, data integrity, and operational scalability across France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
  • Participate in product testing by using BlaBlaCar Daily’s carpooling and bus services as part of the company’s internal feedback loop.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent level of French and full working proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to take ownership and align with business priorities
  • Must have an internship agreement from a school or university
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environment
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with Salesforce
