• • Operations Lead responsible for owning and driving operational systems for mission-driven startups across AI safety, global development, and adjacent fields, ensuring smooth operations that allow founders to focus on impact.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable systems in tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace; leading tool strategy and implementation; creating SOPs and playbooks; overseeing bookkeeping, compliance, and vendor relationships; managing website and content infrastructure; acting as an operational partner to founders by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions; and supporting junior operators as needed.
• • Outcapped is an operations agency that builds and runs systems to free mission-driven founders from back-office work, combining automation with personalized support; the company is also developing a platform with 150+ vetted SOPs and an AI-powered workflow builder to standardize finance, HR, legal, and IT tasks.
• • In this role, you will gain deep experience in cross-functional operations, build scalable systems from scratch, influence the design of internal tools and processes, work closely with founders of high-impact startups, and develop expertise in aligning operations with mission-driven goals while contributing to a vision of enabling 10,000 impact-driven startups by 2030.
