  • • As the Operations Lead for the UK market, you will be the linchpin of our operational backbone, ensuring the seamless, efficient, and scalable execution of daily operations, internal systems, and customer-facing initiatives. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will not only strategize but also actively participate in building systems, leading teams, and directly addressing execution challenges. Your primary focus will be on translating overarching business objectives into tangible, ground-level success, working in close partnership with the UK Country Manager and the broader leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the operational infrastructure of a leading insurtech platform in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.

This involves a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proactive approach to aligning operational plans with BJAK's global objectives.
