- • Set up, configure, and service World Orbs at new and existing verification sites across the United States.
- • Ensure each verification site meets launch-readiness standards including power availability, stable connectivity, proper signage, and safety compliance.
- • Train Orb Operators and store associates on basic operation, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance procedures for Orb hardware.
- • Coordinate with logistics teams to receive, track, and ship hardware inventory efficiently across multiple locations.
- • Conduct regular site audits to assess operational performance, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- • Perform ongoing maintenance and servicing routines to maximize Orb uptime and reliability in high-traffic environments.
- • Communicate real-time status updates, escalation reports, and field feedback directly to HQ and the Operations Manager.
- • Travel extensively across the U.S. during rollout waves to deploy and support Orbs in diverse urban and retail environments.
- • Collaborate with local partners and site managers to align on operational workflows and resolve on-the-ground challenges.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of installation configurations, service logs, and equipment conditions for each site.
- • Respond promptly to field incidents, including hardware malfunctions, connectivity failures, or operator errors.
- • Ensure all deployments comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and company operational standards.
- • Act as a frontline representative of World’s mission by delivering exceptional user and operator experiences at physical verification points.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving operational requirements, new hardware iterations, and changing market conditions during rapid global expansion.
- • Work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- • Support the scaling of World’s global human verification network by enabling reliable, consistent, and scalable physical infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in field operations, installation, or launch environments
- • Technical curiosity — comfortable connecting devices and solving practical hardware/software issues
- • Excellent communication and organization skills under pressure
- • A “builder’s mindset”: resourceful, proactive, and unafraid to get hands-on
- • Willingness to travel near-constantly during rollout waves
