📋 Description

• Teach Operations Management courses remotely for University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), including Foundations of Project Management (BMGT 250), Operations Management (OPMG 300), Sustainability Management (OPMG 310), Quality in the Value Chain (OPMG 320), and Supply Chain (OPMG 340).
• Engage adult learners through frequent interaction, collaborative problem- and project-based learning, and constructive feedback using rubrics to support student success.
• Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their academic program while providing feedback to program chairs on curricular improvements.
• Join a mission-driven institution serving 90,000 students, including 55,000 military-affiliated learners annually, with a commitment to adult education, flexibility, and inclusive learning environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
• Terminal degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to teach remotely and complete required online new faculty orientation (FacDev 411).
