Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As Operations Manager at Legora, you will drive execution across critical initiatives including international expansion, post-merger integrations, organisational scaling, and operational improvements, playing a pivotal role in scaling a high-impact legal tech company trusted by global law firms in over 40 countries.
• • You will operate as a cross-functional project owner, translating company priorities into clear execution plans, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, and helping design scalable processes and playbooks that enable sustainable growth.
• • You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Growth, Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to improve how Legora operates and scale effectively, with ownership over outcomes that materially impact the business.
• • Leading and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Growth, Finance, People, and Engineering
• • Owning high-impact projects such as market initiatives, organisational changes, and major operational improvements
• • Translating company priorities into clear execution plans - defining scope, ownership, milestones, and success metrics
• • Identifying operational bottlenecks early and resolving them hands-on, in close collaboration with relevant teams
• • Helping design, document, and improve processes and playbooks that enable scale over time
• • Supporting the leadership team with structured problem-solving, execution discipline, and clear, decision-oriented communication
• • Playing an active role in shaping how Legora operates as the company scales
