  • • Manage the full lifecycle of PCS orders from entry through cash collection, ensuring strict adherence to contractual and compliance requirements.
  • • Perform order entry tasks including quotation review, pricing validation, and verification of contract documentation in alignment with standard work and business contract rules.
  • • Maintain accurate order backlog tracking and ensure ongoing compliance with contractual terms throughout the order process.
  • • Collaborate with field teams, regional stakeholders, and shared services to facilitate seamless order execution and timely communication.
  • • Oversee Change Order Management processes, including tracking and reporting all modifications such as Change Orders, Phase In/Phase Out, Locally Sourced Inventory, and Construction updates via standardized tracking tools.
  • • Provide accurate shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • • Confirm customer-requested delivery dates and proactively manage backlog timelines using local operating mechanisms and reporting systems.
  • • Assist in resolving Accounts Receivable cash collection issues and disputes related to assigned orders.
  • • Drive continuous process improvements by participating in Lean, 6-Sigma initiatives and contributing to standard work development and enhancement.
  • • Optimize sales transfers and support operational efficiency across order management workflows.
  • • Maintain clear and proactive communication to resolve open issues, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.
  • • Work in a hybrid model requiring one day per week in the office located in Waukesha, WI.
  • • Be available to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods in the last two weeks of March, June, September, and December.
  • • Build and sustain strong relationships with remote colleagues and internal/external customers to support effective collaboration.
  • • Apply basic accounting principles and demonstrate high attention to detail in all order-related activities.
  • • Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Support Sales and Service teams through accurate order management and timely resolution of operational issues.
