- • Own end-to-end delivery of global office build-outs, fit-outs, and workplace improvement projects from scoping through handover, ensuring alignment with Legora’s design vision and operational needs.
- • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for multiple concurrent projects across international locations, maintaining strict accountability for timeline and cost targets.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, general contractors, project management consultants, and specialist vendors, coordinating all aspects of vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- • Conduct regular site visits and quality control inspections to ensure construction work adheres to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards, preserving design intent throughout the build process.
- • Partner with Real Estate to support site selection, lease negotiation, and space planning initiatives, translating strategic real estate goals into actionable workplace projects.
- • Collaborate with Workplace Experience to ensure operational readiness at project completion, including coordination of furniture, technology, and move logistics for seamless transitions.
- • Work closely with Finance to manage budget approvals, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and cost tracking, ensuring financial compliance and transparent spend reporting.
- • Provide clear, frequent updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans, proactively surfacing issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of Legora’s global workplace design standards, playbooks, and documentation templates, ensuring consistency and scalability across all locations.
- • Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation including construction drawings, specifications, permits, change orders, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
- • Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes, reduce friction, and improve efficiency in how workplace projects are planned, executed, and handed over.
- • Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations across all project sites.
- • Oversee FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) procurement and coordination, ensuring timely delivery, installation, and integration with built environments.
- • Maintain a high standard of communication — effectively engaging with construction teams on-site and presenting updates to executive leadership in boardroom settings.
- • Demonstrate strong ownership by closing gaps independently, anticipating problems, and driving solutions without waiting for direction.
- • Ensure all workplace projects reflect Legora’s values of excellence, precision, and speed, delivering spaces that empower legal teams to operate with sharper focus and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of experience in workplace, commercial construction, or corporate real estate project management
- • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex fit-out and build-out projects on time and on budget
- • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable owning a budget, reading a contract, and negotiating with vendors
- • Experience managing external architects, contractors, and specialist consultants across full project lifecycles
- • Familiarity with permitting processes, local building codes, and construction administration
- • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar (Revit a plus)
