- • Lead day-to-day operational support for SEC Data Centers, Enterprise Operations Center/Network Operations Center (EOC/NOC), and Disaster Recovery (DR) functions under the SEC ISS2 contract.
- • Translate high-level program and project plans into detailed team-level assignments to ensure timely delivery of contract requirements.
- • Organize, direct, and coordinate multi-team execution across routine operations, planned changes, and emergency response activities.
- • Oversee incident detection, triage, escalation, and coordination to restore services with minimal impact on mission-critical operations.
- • Lead operational response during major incidents and outages, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely resolution.
- • Direct disaster recovery readiness activities and ensure alignment with SEC continuity and service-level objectives.
- • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operational procedures for monitoring, escalation, shift handoff, and reporting.
- • Enforce adherence to contract-specific operational standards and ensure all activities comply with program and regulatory requirements.
- • Monitor and report on project/work plan progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverable completion to SEC and program leadership.
- • Provide regular operational updates on performance metrics, issues, mitigation actions, and service quality improvements.
- • Coordinate with infrastructure, service management, and security teams to align operations with policy, compliance, and contract expectations.
- • Support staffing readiness for on-call, surge, and after-hours operational requirements across 24x7x365 environments.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes and team execution to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- • Track and ensure completion of all incident follow-up actions and corrective measures.
- • Manage workforce coordination and task prioritization to meet operational demands and contractual obligations.
- • Maintain operational documentation and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability to SEC stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 12 years of related IT operations experience, including at least 10 years managing teams supporting Data Centers, EOC/NOC, and DR functions
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- • Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance (or higher)
- • Demonstrated experience organizing and directing the planning and execution of operational tasks and deliverables
- • Operational support management experience across Data Centers, EOC/NOC, and DR environments
- • Citizenship or work authorization meeting contract requirements

- • Pay range of $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
