Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Operations Manager at Stepful Inc., you will lead strategic initiatives to improve the student experience from learning to job placement, overseeing a growing team of student-experience professionals and building scalable processes to support high-demand healthcare career training.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement outcomes; optimize operations and metrics tracking for coaches, instructors, and placement coordinators; own end-to-end projects including process revamps, product feature scoping, and hiring; and work cross-functionally with product, learning, and engineering teams to inform product roadmaps with student and staff feedback.
• • Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs, partnering with major healthcare institutions like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and HCA to address the national healthcare worker shortage, backed by Y Combinator and recent $31.5M Series B funding, and named #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
