• • The Senior Operations Manager will lead and execute the administration and improvement of systems, tools, and processes that power Deel’s teams, driving effectiveness and efficiency for the Customer Success team and the organization overall.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows, identifying efficiency improvements, supporting automation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes, ensuring adherence to operational controls and compliance, monitoring performance metrics, driving customer-focused process improvements, expanding self-service options, implementing feedback loops, coordinating operational readiness for product or market launches, assisting with go-to-market initiatives, tracking and reporting operational outcomes, and executing strategic projects with senior leaders.
