📋 Description
- • Operations Manager KYC role focused on scaling and optimizing onboarding, event-driven reviews, and screening teams for UK and European markets at Tide Platform Limited.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring acquisition funnel performance and KPIs, managing financial models for headcount and budget planning, creating dashboards, analyzing operational performance, defining metrics, escalating issues, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to solve problems.
- • The role serves as a critical link between KYC operational and product teams, liaising with vendors, building scalable processes, owning non-technical projects, and supporting cross-functional coordination with Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Product teams.
- • The person will learn to drive data-informed decisions, improve conversion rates while mitigating financial crime risk, and gain end-to-end exposure to KYC operations in a fast-growing fintech environment serving 1.8+ million SME members globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English; German, French, or Italian language skills are advantageous
- • 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment as a Management Consultant, Analyst, Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operations Manager
- • Experience with business analytics tools (Excel and SQL), comfortable managing financial inputs and headcount models for departmental budgeting
