- • As an Operations Project Manager at Alignment Healthcare, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the quality of care for seniors and chronically ill members, supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize healthcare with a serving heart culture.
- • You will plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously, define scope and goals with senior stakeholders, develop detailed project plans and timelines, monitor performance using tools like Jira or Asana, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, lead change management through training and communications, and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Alignment Healthcare, a company dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through integrated care models, physician partnerships, and proprietary technologies, where innovation and compassion are valued equally.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- • Bachelor’s degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday)
