Operations Project Manager (Junior – Mid Level)

• • Workwize is seeking a Junior to Mid Level Operations Project Manager to join its Service Operations team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for driving operational improvements within core services like Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or M&D, ensuring a seamless end-to-end service experience for global clients.
• • As an Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving operational improvement projects from inception to measurable impact. This involves identifying root causes of inefficiencies, SLA misses, and escalation patterns, and then designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• • You will manage approximately two concurrent improvement projects, requiring strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
• • A key part of your role will be to track performance metrics before and after implementing changes, validating the impact and ensuring the sustainability of improvements.
• • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technology teams, other Service Operations units, and external partners to successfully implement these solutions.
• • Proactive communication regarding project progress, potential risks, and any blockers is essential, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed without needing to be prompted.
• • In complex scenarios, you will be expected to engage directly with clients or suppliers to resolve issues and gather necessary information.
