  • • In this pivotal role as an Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end process of sourcing, attracting, and successfully placing top-tier talent for a diverse range of roles within the light industrial sector. Your daily activities will involve a high volume of outbound calls to workers registered on our app, spanning various time zones, to ensure consistent shift coverage and operational continuity. This position demands a proactive, persistent, and positive approach, coupled with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with unwavering consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • • A core aspect of your responsibilities will involve leveraging AI feedback to enhance our recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and ultimately placing individuals into suitable light industrial positions. This data-informed approach ensures we are not only efficient but also effective in identifying the best fits for our clients.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Territory Operations Team to gain a deep understanding of each client's specific operational needs and staffing requirements. This close partnership allows us to tailor our talent acquisition efforts precisely to client demands, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • • Your ability to communicate effectively with our user base on the app will be crucial in filling open positions promptly. This involves clear, concise, and persuasive communication to engage potential candidates and confirm their availability and interest in specific shifts or roles.
  • • The nature of light industrial staffing often requires immediate responses and flexible scheduling. Therefore, making a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones is a non-negotiable aspect of the role, aimed at guaranteeing adequate shift coverage and minimizing operational disruptions. Maintaining a positive and persistent demeanor throughout these interactions is paramount.
  • • You will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Providing timely and constructive feedback to both candidates regarding their application status and to the Territory Operations Team on recruitment progress is essential for continuous improvement and maintaining strong relationships.
