- • As an Operations Specialist at Traba Inc., you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for light industrial roles, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform global supply chain operations through AI-driven workforce solutions.
- • Day to day, you will make high volumes of calls to workers across time zones, source and screen candidates using AI feedback, coordinate interviews with clients, provide timely feedback, and manage repetitive tasks with consistency to ensure shift coverage and operational efficiency.
- • You will join a US-based startup backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, operating as the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, with deep enterprise relationships and proprietary data from millions of shifts.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-enhanced recruitment, client coordination, and high-volume operations within a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with clear pathways for career growth in a scaling global business.
