- • Manage high-touch credentialing tasks in alignment with ShiftKey’s operational standards to ensure seamless provider experiences.
- • Assist BPO partners and internal teams with escalations, inquiries, and resolution of service-related issues.
- • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all credentialing and customer service activities.
- • Proactively identify, report, and escalate operational issues to leadership for timely resolution.
- • Research and resolve customer escalations thoroughly and within established timeframes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to support business operations and strengthen relationships with healthcare facilities and providers.
- • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to provider credentialing and compliance documentation.
- • Maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards and internal policies during credential validation processes.
- • Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to track, update, and manage provider and facility interactions and service tickets.
- • Respond to email correspondence with clarity, professionalism, and adherence to company communication protocols.
- • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality outcomes.
- • Work remotely two days per week (Monday and Friday) and in-office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from the Irving, Texas head office.
- • Adhere to standard operating hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate personal needs as approved.
- • Complete all assigned duties as directed by management to support the overall operations of the platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, data entry, or related fields required; 1+ years in healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, and/or quality preferred
- • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud required
- • Experience working in a fast-paced environment required; contact center experience preferred
- • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
- • Strong attention to detail
