- • Responsible for providing operational expertise within the Branch to ensure compliance with corporate operational strategies and industry standards.
- • Establish and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance across branch functions.
- • Investigate and resolve operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- • Lead the documentation process for branch operations, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date records are maintained.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for SOX audits and other administrative compliance programs, coordinating responses and providing direction to branch associates.
- • Conduct full branch reviews to assess operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with corporate goals.
- • Oversee month-end reporting activities, analyzing data for accuracy and resolving inconsistencies or missing information.
- • Interface regularly with clients, customers, and internal personnel to communicate operational updates, policies, and compliance requirements.
- • Provide training and distribute tools related to operational procedures, compliance protocols, and best practices.
- • Assist in the development and distribution of company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.
- • Demonstrate advanced data analysis skills by resolving complex data anomalies and incomplete information to support decision-making.
- • Work with increasing independence, receiving guidance only on unusual or complex issues; output is reviewed periodically by supervisors or process customers.
- • May provide general guidance and direction to junior-level support or professional personnel.
- • Typically work in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional exposure to mild physical discomforts such as dust, fumes, odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
- • Majority of time spent sitting, standing, or walking; occasional lifting or handling of materials or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds.
- • Require overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with 2–4 years of experience in a related field
- • 2–5 years of experience in a related operational field
- • Certification required in some areas
- • Demonstrated skill in data analysis techniques, including resolving complex data inconsistencies
- • Experience with SOX audits and compliance programs
- • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks
