  • • The Operations Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR Consulting Practice at Hilb Group, providing essential administrative and operational support that enables the team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the main phone line, scheduling meetings, responding to client inquiries via email, preparing correspondence, maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assisting with webinar coordination, processing invoices in AMS360, monitoring project hours in Harvest, reconciling vendor invoices, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company and client-specific requirements.

  • • In this role, the associate will develop advanced administrative and technical expertise, gain deep experience in HR operations and billing systems (Harvest, BenefitPoint, AMS360), strengthen project management and process improvement skills, and build confidence in client communication and cross-functional collaboration—positioning them for growth into senior operations or HR administration roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • • 3-4 years of strong administrative and technical experience
  • • Advanced Excel proficiency including charts, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
  • • Experience designing visually appealing, branded PowerPoint presentations
  • • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
  • • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • • Proven experience handling diverse administrative assignments with competing priorities
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse client groups
  • • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new technology quickly
