📋 Description
- • The Operations Trainer is responsible for hands-on training of regional staff using corporate curriculum, procedures, and documentation, ensuring staff are equipped to perform operations functions effectively and in compliance with standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering training on operations functions, industry and compliance topics, system releases, new products or clients, and regional or corporate initiatives; reviewing and integrating information from Luminare Health Corporate Training; and adapting training materials to various system platforms.
- • The role is part of Luminare Health, a division of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), a purpose-driven organization that invests in employee development and fosters growth through curated career plans.
- • The trainer will develop expertise in corporate training methodologies, gain deep knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance processes, and enhance leadership and communication skills while contributing to team performance and organizational success.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- • 2-5 years of claim processing, medical insurance, or TPA experience
- • Proficient in MS Word with working knowledge of Excel
- • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and adapt to various platforms
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
