- • Deliver engaging onboarding and skill development programs that prepare Operations team members to perform confidently, ramp quickly, and deliver exceptional results for Kin’s customers.
- • Facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs for Operations team members across multiple operational functions, including creating inclusive learning environments, assessing learner progress, and providing structured feedback to support skill development.
- • Partner with instructional designers, knowledge management specialists, and Operations leaders to ensure training materials are accurate, effective, and incorporate operational insights into learning experiences.
- • Contribute to measurable improvements in training programs by identifying trends in learner performance and sharing insights with training leadership to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active personal lines insurance license
- • 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or operations enablement
- • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in virtual or in-person settings
- • Ability to communicate complex processes and concepts clearly and effectively
- • Experience coaching learners and providing structured feedback to support skill development
- • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
