📋 Description
- • Ensure that all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies.
- • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
- • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements and best practices to optimize the revenue cycle management.
- • Facilitate onboarding, training, and provides feedback to associates.
- • Resolve any issues or escalations related to the revenue cycle management processes.
- • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of the revenue cycle management goals and objectives.
- • Prepare and present reports on the revenue cycle management performance and progress.

- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
