- • As an Ops & Product Builder at Alan SAS, you will play a pivotal role in redefining healthcare by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a seamless user experience, directly contributing to the company’s mission to end preventable health delays and build a sustainable, global prevention-first insurance model.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include shaping operational strategy, designing and scaling internal processes, managing cross-functional projects end-to-end (such as scaling online psychotherapy sessions, building fraud detection systems, or reinventing healthcare expense payment), and ensuring efficient, delightful delivery of services across international markets while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- • You will join a dynamic, multicultural Operations team of 30+ members across five countries, operating within a fast-growing, innovative company serving over 1M members and partnering with 40K+ companies, backed by €800M+ in ARR and a culture rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end ownership skills, gain deep expertise in scaling complex operational systems in regulated industries, master data-informed decision-making (including SQL and automation tools), and grow as an entrepreneurial builder capable of driving systemic change in healthcare while working alongside world-class multidisciplinary teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- • Full fluency in English and at least one of Spanish, French, or Dutch
- • Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency for data analysis
- • Experience building automations using tools like Zapier or n8n
- • Proven ability to launch and steer projects by setting vision and monitoring day-to-day progress
- • Skill in optimizing processes without compromising member delight
