- • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This critical role will be instrumental in supporting the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Oracle HRMS solutions.
- • You will engage directly with business stakeholders across various departments to meticulously gather, analyze, and translate complex HR and payroll requirements into robust and efficient Oracle HRMS configurations and solutions.
- • This is a contract position, offering the flexibility of fully remote work for candidates based in Egypt.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead and execute the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of key Oracle HRMS EBS modules, with a preference for R12. This includes, but is not limited to:
- • Core HR: Managing foundational HR data, organizational structures, employee lifecycle, and security profiles.
- • Payroll: Configuring payroll rules, elements, balances, calculations, and processing for various countries and legislative requirements.
- • Oracle Time and Labor (OTL): Setting up time entry rules, approval workflows, and integration with payroll.
- • Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR): Configuring employee and manager self-service functionalities for various HR transactions.
- • Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB): Implementing and managing employee benefits programs, enrollment processes, and carrier integrations.
- • iRecruitment: Supporting recruitment processes, candidate management, and integration with Core HR.
- • Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with business users, meticulously documenting functional specifications (FDDs) that clearly articulate system design and configuration.
- • Collaborate closely with the technical team to define and develop necessary customizations, reports, interfaces, and data migration strategies, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
- • Play a key role in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including system upgrades, new module rollouts, and global deployments, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
- • Take ownership of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, developing test scripts, executing test scenarios, and diligently resolving any identified defects.
- • Provide essential production support, troubleshoot user issues, perform root-cause analysis for recurring problems, and implement effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user training materials, to empower end-users and support knowledge transfer.
- • Act as a liaison between HR, Finance, and IT departments, ensuring seamless integration of HRMS with other enterprise systems and facilitating smooth business operations and continuity.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the Oracle HRMS landscape.
