- • The Salesforce Administrator & Release Engineer will support a mission-critical Salesforce implementation for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with federal standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the Salesforce Government Cloud platform, managing user access and security settings, customizing workflows and reports, overseeing CI/CD release pipelines, coordinating deployments with development teams, supporting data migration from legacy systems, creating technical documentation, monitoring system performance, and supporting gate reviews for DHS compliance.
- • The role is part of ICF International, a global advisory and technology services provider that combines deep expertise with innovative technology to solve complex client challenges, with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations for all employees.
- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in Salesforce Government Cloud, federal compliance standards (DoD/DHS), DevOps practices for Salesforce, and large-scale system implementation, positioning them as a trusted advisor in public sector technology modernization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator for large production orgs
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment automation (e.g., Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
- • Must have an active Public Trust or Secret clearance
- • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract obligations
- • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years
