📋 Description

• As an Order Entry Customer Support Consultant at IDEXX Laboratories, you will support veterinarians and animal healthcare professionals by processing orders for veterinary diagnostics, medical products, and water testing equipment, directly contributing to pet health and customer satisfaction.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing order entry and billing, answering customer inquiries, explaining products and services, troubleshooting online platform and order-related issues, resolving database or data communication problems, identifying customer needs, coordinating with team members, and ensuring high satisfaction through strong relationship building.
• You will join a global team at IDEXX, an innovation leader in animal health, water safety, and livestock diagnostics, serving customers in over 175 countries with a workforce of over 10,000, where purpose-driven work is supported by a culture of learning, discovery, and respect.
• In this 6-month fixed-term, part-time virtual role based in Germany, you will develop expertise in customer support within a regulated healthcare environment, strengthen your technical and communication skills, gain experience with CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and SAP, and grow your ability to solve complex issues while maintaining precision and empathy in customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and business English
• Proven customer-facing interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Technical skills in documentation and data management
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in an organized manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong phone and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
