• • As an Order Management Representative at Allegion, you play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing time-sensitive orders and managing customer interactions via phone and email, directly supporting the company’s mission to keep people safe and secure through its security products.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, processing purchase orders, troubleshooting warranty and return claims, utilizing CRM and ERP systems, maintaining order accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to uphold service level agreements.
