- • The Ordering Onboarding Specialist leads customers through the successful onboarding of PAR Ordering products and new capabilities—from contract signature through launch, stabilization, and handoff to Customer Success, ensuring high-quality implementations and accelerated time-to-value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle, supporting project planning and timelines, driving kickoff and requirements discovery workshops, acting as the primary point of accountability for customer outcomes, reviewing client business operations to provide strategic guidance, advising on third-party integrations, coordinating development and roll-out of new integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs, ensuring successful roll-outs through technical guidance, improving processes using customer feedback, analyzing production issues, running pilots for new features, supporting documentation creation, and serving as a subject matter expert for onboarding and customer success teams.
