📋 Description

• As an Organic Growth Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will represent the brand authentically across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok to build trust and engagement with current and future users in spaces where car ownership conversations naturally occur.
• You will own the development and execution of Jerry’s organic presence by creating channel-specific playbooks, growing subreddits into active communities, designing scalable content and engagement strategies, and collaborating with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency.
• Jerry Technologies Inc. is building America’s first and only super app to simplify car ownership, serving over 5 million users with AI-powered tools for insurance, financing, repairs, and safety, backed by $240M in funding and recognized as the #1 rated app in its category.
• In this role, you will learn to measure organic impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation while developing strategic systems that balance authenticity with scalability in regulated consumer spaces like fintech and insurtech.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
• Platform native with a visceral dislike of corporate-speak — able to write in a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
• Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes — understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make 'boring' or 'stressful' categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
• Patient, curious long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins
