- • This freelance Organizational Design Specialist - AI Trainer role offers a unique opportunity to apply deep expertise in organizational design, transformation, and effectiveness to directly shape how advanced AI systems understand and reason about complex organizational dynamics. By refining AI-generated content and creating realistic organizational scenarios, the specialist ensures that AI models produce outputs grounded in established frameworks, best practices, and real-world applicability—bridging human expertise with cutting-edge AI development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing AI-generated responses on organizational design, operating models, change management, and transformation strategy for technical accuracy and conceptual soundness; evaluating content for alignment with real-world applicability and best practices; drafting realistic organizational scenarios covering restructuring, governance redesign, team effectiveness, and scaling challenges; creating scenario variations from diverse stakeholder perspectives such as HR leader, operational executive, consultant, and board member; and identifying flaws in reasoning, gaps in process logic, or misinterpretations of organizational theory and practice to improve AI reasoning quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an organizational design specialist, consultant, HR strategist, or transformation lead with expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, governance, and related methodologies
- • Based in the EU or UK with eligibility to work remotely from these regions
- • Available to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with readiness to begin in the coming weeks
