- • The Organizational Design Specialist - AI Trainer role is a freelance position focused on enhancing AI systems' understanding of organizational design by reviewing, refining, and evaluating AI-generated content related to organizational structures, change processes, and operating models.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated outputs for design accuracy and practicality, drafting realistic organizational design scenarios based on professional experience, creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives (e.g., design specialist, client, leadership, HR), and identifying gaps or weak reasoning in AI-generated content to improve the model’s real-world relevance.
- • 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models; this role supports the development of AI systems that can reason about organizational design at scale, leveraging the specialist’s expertise to ensure authenticity and applicability.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI applications in organizational design, refine your ability to critique and structure complex design concepts for machine learning contexts, and contribute directly to shaping how AI interprets and applies organizational transformation principles in real-world settings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level organizational design specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Experience in advising on, planning, and implementing organizational transformation and design projects
- • Skilled at evaluating design processes, organizational requirements, and compliance
- • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability
