📋 Description

• As an Orthodontic Sales Specialist at Solventum, you will drive sales of orthodontic supplies including brackets, aligners, bands, adhesives, arch wires, elastics, hand instruments, and related materials directly to orthodontists in South Florida, operating under a direct business model with no intermediaries.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, building and maintaining relationships with orthodontists and their teams, collaborating with inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable, and managing customer orders, discounts, receivables, and satisfaction levels.
• You will be part of Solventum, a healthcare company rooted in a legacy of innovation from 3M Health Care, dedicated to improving lives through science-driven solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science, with a strong emphasis on empathy and clinical insight.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in dental product sales, strengthen your territory management and customer engagement skills, and contribute to Solventum’s mission of enabling healthcare professionals to perform at their best through innovative orthodontic solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of field sales experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of field sales experience
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Must reside in the South Florida sales territory
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software
• Experience in the oral care industry is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
