📋 Description
- • Represent Viatris in the designated territories of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok and Békés counties, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement with healthcare professionals.
- • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the regional sales leader, using data-driven approaches to optimize territory performance.
- • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive market penetration and product adoption.
- • Consistently implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and local market needs.
- • Continuously enhance product knowledge and personal sales techniques through ongoing training and application of learned best practices in the field.
- • Analyze territory-specific data on a weekly basis to assess performance, identify trends, and adjust activity plans accordingly.
- • Fulfill all administrative requirements including daily, weekly, and monthly planning, reporting, and expense reconciliation.
- • Execute targeted patient and physician segmentation strategies as defined by the business unit to maximize outreach efficiency.
- • Actively participate in company training sessions, internal meetings, congresses, and other professional events, and apply insights gained to field activities.
- • Monitor and gather competitive intelligence, including competitor activities and market shifts, and provide regular feedback to direct supervisor.
- • Conduct a specified number of physician visits per period and deliver all required activities and communications during these interactions.
- • Maintain active, established relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territories to ensure sustained engagement and trust.
- • Utilize MS Office applications proficiently to manage schedules, reports, customer data, and administrative documentation.
- • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written interactions with physicians, pharmacists, and internal teams.
- • Operate in compliance with all regulatory and company policies governing pharmaceutical sales representatives in Hungary.
- • Contribute to building healthier communities by providing accurate, timely information on Viatris medications across acute and chronic disease areas.
- • Embody Viatris’ commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical practices in all patient and professional interactions.
- • Serve as a frontline representative of Viatris’ global mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.
