- • As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline generation for strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how organizations interact with AI-powered conversational technology. This is not an entry-level role — it is designed for a motivated professional with foundational SaaS sales experience who is ready to elevate their craft by engaging senior buyers, collaborating with seasoned Account Executives, and mastering the nuances of enterprise sales cycles in a fast-moving, innovative AI startup.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and identifying high-value target accounts, executing a high-volume outbound strategy through personalized calls, emails, and social outreach, and tenaciously qualifying leads to uncover genuine business needs. You will maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting, while consistently articulating Rasa’s platform value proposition, mission, and vision to prospects. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to refine messaging, optimize the sales funnel, and build a predictable, scalable pipeline. Success is measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed quarterly quota targets through disciplined activity, strategic persistence, and a customer-centric mindset.
