- • As an Outbound Business Development Representative at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation for strategic enterprise accounts by initiating meaningful conversations with senior buyers and decision-makers. This is not an entry-level position—you will leverage your existing SaaS BDR/SDR experience to engage complex organizations, represent the Rasa brand with authenticity, and contribute directly to the company’s mission of transforming how people interact with organizations through AI.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching target accounts, identifying high-potential leads, and executing a high-volume outbound strategy through calls, emails, and social outreach. You will maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, accurately tracking all interactions and pipeline activity while consistently qualifying new opportunities. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams will be essential to optimize the sales funnel, refine messaging, and ensure alignment across the go-to-market engine.
- • You will join a collaborative, scrappy, and highly supportive Go-to-Market Office team within the Business Development & Operations department, reporting directly to the Manager of Global Business Development. This team is known for its top-tier coaching, strong camaraderie, and commitment to helping individuals grow—especially in the fast-paced, innovative environment of a cutting-edge AI infrastructure startup.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales craft, gain deep exposure to executive-level selling and complex deal cycles, and develop strategic prospecting skills that are highly transferable across tech sales. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your proficiency with AI tools, deepen your understanding of open-source machine learning platforms, and contribute to a mission-driven company that values curiosity, empathy, and relentless experimentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of proven experience in a SaaS BDR or SDR role, with a track record of prospecting into complex organizations and engaging enterprise-level buyers.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and convey value clearly and persuasively.
- • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment, with a bias toward action, high organization, optimism, and coachability.
- • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track activity, manage pipelines, and optimize outreach.
- • Familiarity with or passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, open-source technologies, or AI assistants—particularly as they apply to enterprise use cases.
- • Experience successfully interacting with C-suite or senior executives in Fortune 500 or similarly complex organizations, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in high-stakes conversations.
