Outbound Growth Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Outbound Growth Manager at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will serve as the critical strategic link between Marketing and Sales, driving the Go-To-Market strategy in key regions with a focus on outbound sales to fuel new business growth.
• • You will lead regional outbound sales strategy by analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM), defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with Product Marketing, designing and optimizing outbound sales processes, implementing data-driven lead scoring systems, leveraging AI tools for lead generation and personalization, establishing feedback loops with Sales, optimizing sales territories and lead assignments in the CRM, and managing internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment and adoption of GTM initiatives.
• • You will join a dynamic, data-driven Growth team at Lightspeed, a global commerce platform powering businesses in retail, hospitality, and golf across over 100 countries, with a culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, and empowering merchants to scale and succeed.
