You will engage with clients nationwide, presenting innovative advertising solutions that span mobile, online, broadcast radio, digital streaming, podcasts, and our renowned live events.   • • As a key member of our sales team, you will operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse and experienced peers and leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to creatively prospect and cultivate new accounts by employing a consultative sales approach. This involves deeply understanding client needs, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to recommend the most effective advertising strategies.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing a robust sales funnel, consistently meeting and exceeding activity requirements, including a target of 50+ contacts per day. This requires a proactive and organized approach to outreach and follow-up, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential business.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is providing clients with expert consultative direction on how to best leverage their advertising budgets across iHeartMedia's diverse offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to achieve their campaign goals through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at iHeartMedia. You will work closely with colleagues both within and outside your immediate sales organization, fostering strong internal relationships to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • • Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed ambitious activity, sales, and revenue targets. This role is designed for individuals with a competitive spirit who thrive in a metrics-driven environment and are motivated by achieving significant results.
  • • You will be responsible for managing client expectations meticulously, ensuring an outstanding and memorable experience from initial contact through campaign execution and renewal. Building long-term client relationships is paramount.
