🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, with a proven track record of successfully calling into the U.S. market.

- • Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English is a strong preference.
- • Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, MEDDICC) and the ability to apply insight-led discovery and executive-level conversations.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a disciplined approach to logging detailed notes and managing prospect interactions.
