- • As an Outside Plant Engineer at Pearce Services Group, you will manage engineering efforts for road moves, highway widening, and public infrastructure projects, ensuring the timely and efficient relocation or protection of telecom infrastructure.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading OSP engineering tasks, coordinating with DOTs and utilities, performing field surveys and site walks, developing engineering designs and construction packages, providing cost estimates and project timelines, serving as the primary engineering contact during planning and construction, maintaining accurate documentation (as-builts, CAD drawings, GIS updates), collaborating with Construction, Planning, and Permitting teams, and ensuring compliance with RUS, NESC, and company design standards.
